Shipping & Refund Policy

Shipping Policy
  • All orders ship from Singapore.
  • All our slimes are handled and packed with the utmost care which makes our processing time 3 to 5 working days for local orders and up to 14 days for international orders, otherwise announced on our Instagram page.
  • Please ensure that you have entered the full and correct address for your orders. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. 
  • Parcels that are returned to us due to the address issues will not be refunded and a repeated shipping attempt will be paid for by the customer.
  • Combined orders are allowed. Please send us an email with all your order numbers and we will consolidate your orders. Excess shipping fee (if any) will only be refunded after the order has been shipped.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email upon successfully placed orders. If you did not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam/junk folder or send us an email for verification.
For International Orders
  • We ship internationally to most countries around the world. If you do not see your country or region upon checkout, please contact us via email or send us a message on Instagram.
  • Shipping rates vary based on weight and distance from Singapore, the estimated cost will be calculated at checkout.
  • Excess shipping fees for international orders (if any), will be refunded after they have been shipped.
  • Import tariffs or duties may be present when shipping goods to another country and these are to be borne solely by the customer. Custom duties may not apply to every international shipment however we strongly advise customers to check the tax threshold of your country before placing an order.
  • Parcels that are returned to us due to the custom issues will not be refunded and a repeated shipping attempt will be paid for by the customer.
Exchange and Return Policy
  • We do not accept any returns or exchanges due to hygiene purposes.
  • All sales are final. There is strictly no refund or exchanges after the order has been confirmed. Please check your purchases before placing your order.
  • However, under exceptional circumstances, such as shipping issues or unforeseen errors, cancellations may be considered at our discretion. Please note that all approved cancellations will incur a 5% processing fee to cover the payment gateway charges imposed by our website. Additionally, any discrepancies in the refunded amount due to currency exchange rates are beyond our control and will not be our responsibility! :)
